2004
Nhat Huy Investment Joint Stock Company was officially established, marking the beginning of the “Pure Trading Era.” Under the leadership of Chairman Nguyen Chan Chinh and his passionate team, the company focused on export-oriented trade with products like barite powder, CaCO₃ powder, and quartz slabs. The first export order to the US arrived just a year later, paving the way for expansion into markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, and Belgium.

2009
After five years of steady growth, Nhat Huy reached VND 174 billion in revenue, signifying the conclusion of the trading-only phase and the start of a transformative journey into manufacturing.

2010
Entering the “Manufacturing and Custom Orders Era,” Nhat Huy focused on building an integrated product ecosystem to meet diverse global demands. Vinaquartz Factory was established (January), specializing in engineered quartz surfaces. Later that year, Thanh Xuan Factory (November) was launched, producing natural stone and CaCO₃ powder.

2011
Global Minerals Factory was founded, focusing on coated and uncoated CaCO₃ powder.

2013-2015
Expansion into the plastics sector with HPC Factory (2013) and Mega Plast Factory (2014) for filler masterbatch, followed by Green PVC Factory (2015) specializing in PVC compounds.

2016
Revenue exceeded VND 730 billion, marking a fourfold increase from the early trading years, driven by robust growth in manufacturing.

2017
The “Corporate Restructuring Era” began, redefining business models and strategic operations to enhance competitiveness. ECO Factory (non-woven fabric bags) was established, followed by Viet Home Stone Factory (2018) focusing on marble products.

2019
Nhat Huy Quartz Fabrication Factory was launched, marking the completion of the restructuring phase and the transition toward industrial production management.

2021–2022
Amid global economic challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, Nhat Huy consolidated operations, optimized resources, and focused on resilience to navigate the economic downturn effectively.

2023–2024
As the economy recovered, Nhat Huy entered a new growth phase driven by continuous improvement, digital transformation, and high-value product development. The company strategically restructured its operations to enhance efficiency and align with long-term business goals, optimizing resources across projects such as wood materials, VHS, and Thanh Xuan to support future growth and innovation.
